7:30am – 9:30am Group Thai boxing training in the Gym
 
9:00am – 10:30am Breakfast at the Gym restaurant
 
9:30am – 3:00pm Leisure time / Private one-to-one training
 
10:00am – 11:00am Group Swim at Nai Harn beach
 
2:00pm – 3:00pm Body-Fit fitness training with Anna – meet at the Gym
 
3:30pm – 4:00pm Afternoon group run
 
4:00pm – 6:00pm Group Thai boxing training in the Gym.
 
6:00pm – 8:00pm Dinner in the Gym restaurant.
 
6:00pm – 8:00pm Private one-to-one training
