We launched our new BodyFit fitness training a few months ago. The training is led by Anna (certified Sport Science Professional) and is a type of HIIT training.
HIIT stands for High-intensity interval training and has been proven to be one of the most effective ways of burning fat, building lean muscle and increasing stamina. It’s kinda similar to the Biggest Loser training (if you’ve seen that show).
Our students have been achieving some incredible results with this new training and the feedback we’ve been getting has been great. Everybody from the sponsored fighters to families are having a go and loving it!
