Our weight loss packages can help you achieve your goals. Our fully equipped Muay Thai gym, Strength Conditioning area, Bodyfit classes and nutrition plans will ensure you have the best facilities and maximum support from our specialist team. Our programs get very fast results in the shortest possible time. Students commonly experience 10kg weight loss per month.

Our most popular class for weight loss students is BodyFit at 2pm Monday-Friday. The class is 1 hour long of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and is run by our Sports Professional Anna from Scotland. Alongside Muay Thai training in the mornings and late afternoon, and a responsible diet plan, significant weight loss results can be expected in as little as 10 days. HIIT training has been scientifically proven to burn the most calories than any other type of training, and continues to burn calories long after the session has finished.

As part of our weight loss packages, we include group or private 1-to-1 Muay Thai training. Muay Thai is not only a great form of self defense to learn, it is a great way to burn calories and improve fitness at the same time. Our instructors are patient to help beginners who have never tried Muay Thai before, and encourage students to take part, making the learning process fun, as well as losing weight in the process.


I stayed at the camp for 6 weeks and was able to get fit and lose the extra pounds that my hectic lifestyle had put on me. I started with their detox program which enabled me to get the best out of my workouts thereafter. With the diet plan and workout schedule, I was able to achieve the body I wanted for ages. It was a good decision to base my holiday on a workout program and I feel that I experienced Thailand in a totally different (and healthy) way thanks to the support from staff and the other camp students. It is a scientifically proven fact that the more muscle you have, then the more calories you burn to feed the muscle. We are not suggesting that you aim to be a bodybuilder, but by using the weights and machines in our strength conditioning gym, it will enable you to tone and build muscle which will accelerate the weight loss process. The gym is free for all our students to use 24 hours a day.

I spent 4 weeks at the camp, and achieved my goal of 10kg weight loss. The staff and trainers at the camp were very helpful in motivating me and I feel they played a major part in my success. My fitness and health improved during my stay thanks to the Bodyfit classes as part of my workout schedule. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Muay Thai sessions and was pleased that the trainers understood that I was not a “fighter” and were willing to create alternative exercises to keep me working. The restaurant serves delicious and nutritious food, and a session with their Nutritionist is highly recommended.
